Huge Magazine June 2004!

Hey everyone, sorry my uploads have been a bit inconsistent recently, I’ve been super busy, but thats a good thing, I think. For today’s upload, I have posted some of the scans from this issue on Instagram before but now you get the full issue! Featuring the infamous Tadanobu Asano on the front cover with graphics by Nesm and Kimi Raikonen for a Tag Heurer ad on the back, you already know this issue is gonna be full of good stuff. This was yet another magazine I picked up last year in Tokyo and if you’ve been following for a bit, you know Huge is one of my favorite publications, so let’s get right into it.

First up we have Tadanobu modeling in this “Colors of Romance Hi-End Style” editorial. Looking effortlessly handsome as ever, he wears mostly vintage pieces combined with some A.P.C. and other bits. Usually in the spotlight as an actor and musician, at this time in 2004 Asano was set to release “Tori”, which was his directing debut. It begs the question, is there anything Tadanobu Asano can’t do??

Some fresh, clean, white images for this Marc Jacobs editorial highlighting the S/S ’04 menswear collection. Marc was at the top of his game at this point with him being artistic director of Louis Vuitton at the time. It may seem as if his namesake label was left in the shadows a bit at this time but these looks and images brighten things up with some great neutral pastel colors.If you told me this was a Louis Vuitton menswear collection, I would have believed you.
